Kesher Automations Asphalt Batch Mix Plant Control Panel can mechanise the customers’ machines better than ever before. Asphalt Batch Mix system uses touch screen PLC technology with SCADA System to integrate all the batching functions into one integrated controller which provides real time batching control on a PLC and all in one PC. Air Condition Control room is provided for plant control. The panel is divided in two main parts. MCC and control desk. In MCC all starter and Drivers are located. In control desk PLC, HMI and other controls are located both the panels are interconnected and tested. All motors Start / Stop, complete batching control and all material handling motors. Feeders, Asphalt pump and filler screw are controlled from the desk. The operator can easily operate the whole plant from the desk only. Computer LED & HMI units allows setting and view data. The operator can enter plant seting like gradation % or select recipe, Batch Weight, Load, Temp, Units etc. We get all types of reports and online monitoring through SCADA systems with computer and printer.
