- Packaging Details: The APFC Panel is packed using two reliable methods—wooden crate packing and plastic protective packing—based on customer requirement and shipping conditions. For wooden packing, the panel is first wrapped with bubble wrap and foam sheets to protect against mechanical shock. It is then placed inside a sturdy ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden crate or pallet box. Desiccant pouches and a moisture-barrier liner are added to prevent corrosion, after which the crate is securely sealed and strapped with metal or nylon bands. This type of packing ensures full protection during long-distance transport or export shipments. In the plastic packing method, the panel is covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap, EPE foam, and reinforced stretch film. Heavy-duty plastic wrapping protects the panel from dust, scratches, and moderate moisture while keeping the package lightweight and economical. Plastic corner guards may also be used to safeguard edges. Plastic packing is mainly suitable for domestic deliveries where handling conditions are controlled. Both packing types are clearly labeled with product details, handling instructions, and orientation marks to ensure safe transportation.
