We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician or Engineer with hands-on expertise in the design, wiring, configuration, and commissioning of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Control Panels for low and medium-voltage applications. The role involves interpreting single-line diagrams and electrical schematics, selecting appropriate components such as contactors, MCCBs, relays, timers, and PLCs, and assembling ATS panels that facilitate seamless switching between utility and generator power sources. The candidate will be responsible for configuring control logic using timers, voltage/frequency monitoring relays, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) where applicable. Additional tasks include programming generator start/stop sequences, integrating remote monitoring systems via RS485/Modbus or Ethernet, and testing under simulated load conditions. A strong understanding of IEC/NEMA standards, grounding systems, load balancing, synchronization (if applicable), and safety protocols is essential. Experience with branded ATS controllers like Schneider, ABB, Siemens, or Deep Sea Electronics is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot control and power circuits, document test reports, and support site installation and commissioning as needed.
